Comments:
Ran the railroad trail to intramural field. We did 7 300's with a 40ish second jog rest. Good speed workout. Ran back the railroad with Sarah, Abby, Reagan, Patrick and Trey. Then did an extra mile and half. We did stretching, pushups and abs.
