Comments:
This was kind of nice, but it was just about to rain and wasn't actually raining yet, so that was bothering me. Anyway, I felt mediocre, but the run itself was pretty good. My watch is recording me while I am standing still during my runs sometimes and gives me an alternate pace for my steady runs. Today's alternate pace was 7:55. I need to work on stopping less during my runs, but I simply feel miserable. Strength will be 1 minute plank, 15 PLL per and 20 clams per side.
