Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran at 3 this afternoon because I really didn't want to run today. I had eaten lunch about an hour before and my left foot hurt , so I didn't feel great. Nonetheless, this run went really well and once I was fully warm at about 8 minutes in, I felt really good and my pace got down into the 7:20s. I need to find some new courses in a place with fewer hills. Additionally, my runs aren't long enough to maybe get down to the Canal or another trail, so I'm kind of stuck. I had the dubious distinction of stretching for the same amount of time as I ran. Strength will be 30 seconds per crunch, 2 pushups per and 20 super people.
