Comments:
Started from my house, ran to river road across bridge and back, to river front, through the cut through into the neighborhood across the street and back. Very hilly route, very hot, but felt comfortable until the death hill right around mile 3. Mile 1 was around 6:50, slow start but gradually averaged around 6:30
