Thunder Road

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I'm in Florida for a few days, and it was supposed to be stormy all day today, but since Florida's always pretty stormy, I figured it was fine to run for 10 minutes. However, as soon as I got out, it was thundering a lot. I figured it was fine to keep going since I'm still doing such short runs and it had been like that all day. Probably wasn't my smartest idea though because it thundered almost constantly the entire run, and I saw a lightening flash pretty close by. I would have kept going because I felt pretty good, despite the disgusting Florida-in-June humidity, but thankfully, the thunder started to scare me, so I went back. Possibly one of the scariest runs I've done as I was contemplating being struck by lightening the entire time.
Strength: Pushups (5), SLL (10 per position, rotating positions), Super people (20)--I lost any and all muscle I had during my break :(
