So on Tuesday I worked 13.5 hours on my feet outside, I thought I stayed hydrated but I guess not. I planned on running at 6 but I don't ever remember waking up so I quickly got up to run at 8 but it was already over 80 degrees. I picked a semi-shady run but it was no help. I didn't feel well at all but I finished the out n' back the best I could.
