Missed the Storm This Time

Comments:
Ran the opposite direction today. Uneventful, but very very hot. It thankfully didn't thunder while I was running today, but maybe 10 minutes after I got back, there was an incredible storm, so I timed it perfectly.
Strength: Planks (30 seconds), Pushups (2*5)
