Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Long run in the HH. Felt scary strong for awhile, especially at the end. It was looong too. I just relaxed and it went by fine. I didn't feel that tired from yesterday either, so that was nice. Good long run in awhile. These don't seem to destroy me as much as they used to (last summer or before) so I think I am getting stronger. I will try to do a few more 16, 17, and maybe one 18 milers before the season starts. Nothing too much longer than two hours. Maybe I'll find a nice spot when I am traveling.
