Ran with Silas today. It was great to have someone to run with after what feels like a log time of running alone. I'm fine running alone but it's definitely a lot better running with the guys. Even though I did a Giles a few days ago I just felt like doing it again because it's my favorite run in that 5-6 mile range. We kept the pace easy and Silas said that he actually felt pretty good even with taking a week off. Then again losing a week doesn't do much to your fitness. We just caught up with how training had been and the latest running stats. The hill in Giles felt pretty tough but besides that the run felt very easy. Finished off with some nice footdrills and talked to coach about when we were leaving tomorrow. I'm excited to see what states has in store for me.
