Comments:
Woke up and was going to run with the girls in the morning...but the house was empty and all of the cars were gone. I was so confused because it was 8:30 when I woke up and usually everyone's home then. I waited until 9 to see if someone would come home to give me a ride down, but no one came so I had to run on my own. My form is starting to feel better I feel like I just look better than I did when running. Second mile was completely uphill but just a gradual incline. The large tendon in my right quad (have no idea what thats called) is feeling sore again. I'm hoping that I will feel decent enough to run tomorrow because I will be leaving town on Thursday and wont be back until Wednesday so I won't be able to run with the girls.
