Comments:
I decided to tempo today, just to see what kind of shape I am for the 5K next week. I felt really good throughout, considering I don't go super fast a lot. It's alittle early in the season to tempo, but I'm going to take it easy the next 2 days to recover. The run went really well and felt nice to go faster again. And I cool down a bit to recover as well.

Splits: 5:42, 5:59, 6:04, 5:51, 5:45

Funfact: I equalled the time of my 1st 8K
Funfact #2: if I didn't tempo, I'd be late to work lol
