Comments:
Meant to run 10k on the treadmill today, but I hadn't eaten yet, so I was STARVING! So, I only got in 2.5. Then I ran to the rec and back with Steph, who surprised me and said she wanted to do cardio today instead. So, we did 1.6 on the treadmill and 2 laps around the outside of the HORRIBLE indoor track, which isn't a track at all, but actually a couple of circles painted around a couple of really hard basketball/tennis courts. Then we ran back.
