went to the gym today. I biked for 40 min and then lifted, which luckily took pretty much exactly the same amount of time as the podcast I was listening to. Lifting was taken from Jessie's spring plan:

Sprinter Crunches: 20 (wasnt sure what to count as one so i mixed it up)
