I did an easy run today over the Okemos bridge. I kept the pace super easy, since I had been running a lot this week and my legs were a bit tired. I didn't get a good sleep, due to floater floor duty and some Conrads that wasn't sitting well. It wasn't the best run, but even the best fall down sometimes... or all the time.
