Comments:
Fine run. A little faster than I would like for the third week of the summer, but I suppose it is ok. My steady runs didn't get this fast until spring track last year, so I don't know what this means. My training will get a little strange from now on, as next week at camp I will have to take at least 3 days in a row off and I might end up running only 1 time in 6 days.
