Felt like crap the whole way. I dont know whats wrong with me. My back/hip is killing me and im hoping its from all the stress ive put on my body with the strength work and hoping that by the end of next week it will feel better because im not doing any core or lifting this upcomming week. As for the run I even slowed it down today and felt I had to give the same effort today as I did when I ran a minute faster Thursday. On top of all that I have what im pretty sure is a wart on the bottom of my heel which makes it feel like I have a rock in my shoe the whole run. Next week is my highest week. Im going to try and hit 70 miles in minutes because I will be on vacation and wont know miles. It starts tomorrow with 12 miles in the morning before I leave. Hopfully My hip is better, im curently icing it.
