Comments:
mid morning I finally got out after a bit of stalling. Felt very, very stiff until I did leg swings a few stretches after 10 minutes. then I only felt stiff and not very, very stiff. Was very unmotivated and took advantage of another porta-John mid run, but managed to extend the run to 36 min so I could call it 4.5.
