Mile Repeat Workout

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Sunny, 60's-ish

Comments:
Ran from the college around the pond area a little before 1pm.

Warm up: 2 miles around the pond area/ horse trails (17:30 total)

Workout: 6 X 1 mile around the pond with one minute recovery between each. The goal was to run between 7:45 and 7:55 just to get a little faster running in but I ran a little faster than that despite trying really hard to slow down each time so I decided it was okay to run faster than I wanted in the end. (7:45, 7:44, 7:40, 7:43, 7:40, 7:37)...felt very good! :) MUCH better than 3 weeks ago when it was in the 90's and very humid that is for sure!

Cool down: Ran for 1.5 miles around silverwood and campus...needed to get to an interview quick so I made it a little shorter than normal!
