Home, Eldridge, Terry Hershey Park: dike hill
Sleep: 8 hr. Slept in this morning though I wished I didn't by the end of this run, stopped three times, once for ant bite near my eye (third bite on my face/neck this week), twice for water, decided to do a couple of hill repeats (uphill splits: 45, 44) which went well, weather definitely hot though, stretch, crunches & pushups.
