Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Warm up 5 min super easy jog
2 min walk/stretch/break
Run 10 min at moderate pace
2 min walk
Run 7 min at moderate pace
2 min walk
Run 5 min at moderate pace
2 min walk
Run 2 min at moderate pace
So for this workout, I am mainly concerned about the pace for the run portions. The pace shouldn't be all out like you are doing speed work, but should be comfortably hard...see how you feel after the 10 min piece and decide if you want to speed up or not;)
If you can record the paces for each run portion that would be great;)
