Run to 4 miles without stopping

Run to 5 mile without stopping
1 min walk
Run to 6 mile without stopping
1 min walk
Run to 6.5 mikes without stopping
1 min walk
Finish to 7 miles!!!

We will talk, but you might need some extra fuel for this one, as it will be over 80 minutes of work
