Comments:
Drove with JB and Sage to Sanford Farms and met Julia Ernst there. We ran the full loop (which Julia's phone confirmed was only 5.76miles). Paces built a bit early on as I loosened up. We dropped Jonny after reaching the ocean. He can be forgiven as he hasn't run in 3 months out of solidarity for his daughter who had a broken foot and he proceeded to run 14 miles in the past three days.

Julia and I pushed the last quarter mile to catch Jon who hadn't taken the loop and the final strider to the parking lot left me feeling plenty winded. Very nice to catch up with Julia whose father I'd bumped into at Something Natural yesterday. These new shoes seem to be serving me pretty well, although I can't claim to love them yet. Pleased that I reached my goal of 25 miles this week even though I took yesterday off. I also got a fair bit of strength in this week (mostly push ups). Next week should be 30 miles.
