Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Aerobically I felt oddly good. My form felt right on. My right leg did not feel as good as the rest of the run did. Get to see my MRI results on Thursday. Also noticing that my paces for all of the runs have been really similar, so I feel like I am getting into a good rhythm, I just wish my leg didn't prevent me for running for 1 or 2 days after each run .
