Nice morning out, but crazy hard course...oh well. That is why cross times do not matter. I competed with the top girls (we all ran at W&M) and just got outkicked, so good job on staying in there. Then 3 miles easy and 1 mile hard followed by 5:00 jog. Still kind of tired and not sharp, but my race is in two months.
