LVC XC invite

so i started off the race feeling really good and ready to do really well, but since this was my first invite that had juniors and seniors in i felt like i was really far back in the group so i went faster to try to get up farther. My first mile ended up being a 5:50 but then my second mile was a 12:13 which is 32 seconds faster than it was on the hilly camp hill course. somewhere not long after the 2nd mile mark i got a sidestich a slowed down a lot. My overall finish time was a horrible 20:05. now i just have to get ready for some redemption at Tuesday dual meet.
