Hill repeats with fast people, it hurt though apparently my lungs are wimpier than my legs. I'm thinking that is due to lots of loooong distance runs and not a lot of speed. I should probably work on speed...

4x30s uphill with 2 minute rest
8x1minute uphill with 3 minute rest.

Erica's fancy watch said we ran about 8 miles total, so that's what I'm recording.
