Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Overcast and moderately humid. A bit of a breeze from time to time

Comments:
Last time doing the hill route before RTB. This should be the last tough run as well. A little tight going out and spent forever waiting to cross the busy intersection 1/2 mile into the route, so the time is probably a little high. Started to feel better on the way back and the time was good overall. My legs are mostly flat next weekend so, it looks like there shouldn't be much trouble keeping a sub-7 pace throughout.
