Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ana and I met Isabel halfway between our houses for a nice run. I felt so many millions of times better having company. I really enjoyed catching up with Isabel and getting some more time with Ana before she leaves on Thursday. The last mile home though felt awful again. It was so nice to have a reminder of what running usually feels like. I need to try and have company more often. It distracts me so that I can't get into my own head.
Lifted later, 3 sets:
Wall sit- 1 min
Planks- 1 min
bicep curls- 20ES, 10lbs
Lunges, forward backwards and sideways, 5ES for each type
Squat- 15 by different weights because i switched to a machine partway through.
