Comments:
My right ankle felt better. But for some reason while I was running up a hill the bottom of my right foot was hurting. My shoes weren't too tight, and the pain was only on the bottom. Maybe I need a different pair of shoes? Anyway, I ran from my lakehouse on Lansing Station road, over to Sweazey Rd, which is a very steep hill. The fact that the first half of it is gravel doesn't make it any easier. I then turned left on 34B, then took a left back onto Lansing Station. Took a right on Ludlow, a left on Algerine, and then a left back to Lansing Station. Did some drills afterwards. Did minimal abs later, because I think I may have done too many on Monday, because my stomach area was sore. I did do 52 pushups. Set of 30, set of 22.
