About 4.5 for the run...I'm not focusing on distance covered or the time its covered in right now. The main goal is to lose some weight so the next few weeks are either specific miles under no time constraint or time with no specific distance. The worry is one I cant do a workout of any significance till I'm lighter and two my weight could be the cause of an injury in my knees or ankles. The goal is to put solid mileage in till October 1st when I will vary two workouts a week between some time of intervals and the Michigan until a few days before the trail of two city's November 7th. Today's run included hurdle dills and core.
