Comments:
I was feeling it today. My right ankle did not hurt, something that was bothering me during the beginning of my last couple of runs. I ran from my house on West Hill to N Cayuga, then ran around NW Downtown. I took it back towards West Hill, but took a quick stop at the Waterfront Trail and did the purple outdoor exercise station next to the canal. I did some pull-ups, and some plyometrics. I then ran back up Elm St, and then ELm Ext, and took a left on Coy Glen to get back to my house. I also did some drills and strides once I got home, and did some abs (100 total cherry pickers, 20 leg lifts) and push-ups (60) later.
