Comments:
After dropping Ana off at the airport, I came home and joined Zeke for the second half of his run. We went into the park and then on the bike trail along Oregon. I felt easily the best I have since I started summer training despite this being the longest and fastest run I've done all summer. The company and far cooler weather helped a lot. technically was faster than I should be doing but it felt really good. climbed earlier in the day with abby but didn't get a chance to do strength.
my left knee started to hurt on the top/front partway through and kept hurting after i stopped running. I felt kind of a tugging feeling when I did the quad stretch. Currently icing and x-training tomorrow and taking saturday off. Sunday will also be a light run.
