Comments:
I wanted to test myself, and I felt like running a far distance. I decided to run from my house on West Hill to my lakehouse in Lansing. I aimed for a sub-10 mile pace, and I was very happy to achieve that goal. It felt pretty good, although I hit a wall around mile 12, but was able to stop and stretch for about a minute and regain my energy and determination. Afterwards, I did drills, and 81 push-ups (set of 51, set of 30). Then I went in the water at around 9:30pm and had my legs in for about 7 minutes, which had an effect similar to an ice bath. I also had my body in for about one minute
