Would like this to be a 5 mile day if possible.
The 5k can be as you feel, but if you could get an extra 2 miles in somehow that would be great..

due to conflict on sunday for my water support (sleepover with friends)... had to do the long run today. felt reasonably good.
overall 9 min pace... negative splits out the first seven miles. took lots of water breaks on the way back, but pushed myself on mile 13 (7:30).
