Since you won't be doing a long run next week coming back from trip, would be great if you could get a 14 miler in this week. Will truly benefit you for the 7th. Next week is a down week, so do what you can today!!

Also what I would like is if you could run the majority of the run at an easy comfortable pace, EXCEPT the last .1 of each mile.
So from .9 to 1.0, pick up pace.... From 1.9 to 2.0 and so on...
