This was an amazing trip!

And GREAT job Rusty and Bryce in your races! Its so much fun to see you guys run! You guys rock!
1.) My goal was to beet my last years time for this race, which i did but not by as much as i would have liked to. Haha. I just beet it by 2 seconds. Also my goal was to finish strong again, which i do feel like i accomplished :)
2.)I feel like if i would have surged up to Savanna and pushed my self really hard to keep up with her i would have been a lot more proud of myself, but she totally took off! Her and Julie were GREAT running buddies! For a while there Julie was totally kicking my but. It was so much fun to run with her and Savanna! Its crazy how much of a difference it makes when you run with you team mates, you can push your self so much harder! I love it!
3.) I feel like what i did great was, run as a group. I didn't loose Julie by much before i would get back up to her. OH!!! And i totally forgot, but the three of us (Julie, Savanna, and I) were passing groups of people together on the concrete! It was so great! So much easier when somebody leads!
4.)
Mile one, I was feeling great, we were all running so well together in a pack. passing lots of people. Powering up the hills, so many people don't know how to run up the hills that when you pass them they slow WAY down! It is so much fun! I just powered up them, with long strides and pumped my arms really hard. I felt great, not to tired, those hill workouts defiantly payed off!
Mile two, I was getting pretty tired, but pushing trough it passing people on the concrete with Julie and Savanna. They defiantly helped me a lot.
Mile three, i knew this was the last part when we got back in to the mountains, so i started to pick it up. I was trying to get Julie back up with me, but i never saw her. Then Savanna picked it way up! Haha. Near the finish there was one girl in between us that i could remember i was trying to get up to her, but i never did. I did finish fast again :) I love that i can to that now!
