Comments:
I was going to run a long run with Cameron in the morning, but he ending up having to work. I ran around 2:30. I thought I went too fast, but then just started to feel really good throughout the run. I definitely negative splitted on the second half and felt great. I'm also in New Buffalo, so I ran beyond the Farakhan Route and did an out and back. Overall, extremely successful long run.
