Comments:
The weather was absolutely amazing! This was by far the best run I have been on in a long time. It felt really good and the pace felt quick, but nice. This was also my first run alone since Spring Track, which ended almost 6 weeks ago. It was surprisingly nice to run alone. I also lifted for about 45 min before I ran.
