Comments:
I played basketball for an hour. I ran 16.27 miles yesterday, and ran the past six days, so I took a day off today. I did dribble the ball up and down my driveway a couple times to get my legs moving, which is good the day after exerting oneself. I then did some abs (152 total cherry-pickers, 31 leg lifts) and later 51 push-ups.
