Sleep: 7 hr. Too many snoozes this morning, kept thinking about The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly (a man like you can manage), heat really got to me this morning, a little worried about how this workout bodes for the race in two week, pit stop on the way back, stretch, core & pushups.
