Comments:
went to the gym after sleeping in till 12 (probably because I woke up before 8 yesterday, thanks a lot Anthony) and ellipticalled for 45 min. I dont know what the point is of doing so because it still bothers my knee a little bit. I'm not sure its much better than running. Maybe I'll go try swimming tomorrow.
strength was crazy planks, superpeople, clams, pushups
