Comments:
I ran this morning on river trail. My legs were still sore from all the running that I've put in recently and it was a bit humid outside. I took the same route as my failed run long (obviously a little shorter) from last week and managed to survive this time. Overall, the legs felt rough, but overall I kept a consistent pace and pretty decent.
