Little bit of running then x-train. My knee still hurts when I run. It's mostly unnoticeable while walking though and going downstairs is only a little bit of pain. After a little bit of running I went to the pool, since the elliptical didn't feel great. I did a mix of freestyle and breast stroke for the first 15-20 min because straight freestyle is so tiring. Unfortunately the breaststroke kick was kind of painful so I did only freestyle for the last bit. I'll admit it wasn't 30 consecutive minutes of swimming--kept getting water in my goggles and got tired a lot--but it felt like a difficult workout nonetheless. I wish I was a better swimmer so I could enjoy it. I guess I may get the chance to practice some more, given that my knee isn't better and other cross training bothers it. After the pool I went climbing, which was also pretty exhausting.
