Weather: fuck dude sunny, annoyingly windy, 80-something and muggy as hell
Comments:
warmed up, felt aite, warmup 2, felt ehhhrh, did 2.5mi on the track of workout and then jogged down to the greenway and finished the last 1.5mi. It didn't feel great but I did it well I believe.
