Hot Summer, Sweaty Runs

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
First summer run! So many flashbacks to last summer. Ran with Anthony, Benji, and two NCS freshmen (or first years as Matt I says). Nice to catch up with Anthony, and I felt decent, though we did stop a few times for water.
Strength: STA Planks (20 seconds per position, very hard!!!), SLL (10 per position, rotating positions), Dead Bugs (3*60), Side leg lifts (20 per).
