I really really dreaded going to swim today and wanted to go to STA so badly. I'm getting really frustrated with this knee pain. It's been a week now and its not gone yet. But at least the swimming wasn't as bad as it was on Tuesday. I did all freestyle this time. My knee kind of hurt, probably because my form broke down. But its the last type of cross training that I have left so I think I may just stick with it. It wasn't 40 minutes nonstop but much fewer breaks than last time. I lapped the woman next to me a few times I felt kind of badass when I finished, but then I remembered that my mom swims nonstop for 2 hours and much faster than me.
