Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran with a harder group today. Anthony led us in a bunch of loops through trails which were pretty hilly and thouroughly exhausting. I was behind most of the time which was frustrating, but I'm glad I pushed myself today.
Strength: STA jumping things (3 sets), STA crazy hard plank progression (20 seconds per positions), Dead Bugs (2*60), Clams (25 per), Side leg lifts (25 per), SLL (20 per), Single leg bridges (10 per)--STA does a crazy amount of strength:/
