Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Swam again today. I felt tired from yesterday and I got a shot this morning, so my arm was pretty sore. It felt pretty half-assed and I stopped after 30 minutes but I felt guilty for stopping so I got back in the pool and did another 10 minutes.
tried running for a minute or 2 when I got back. it hurt within 10 seconds and it got a little worse from there. And before that I was thinking it might be better. I'm really frustrated. I want to be running so badly. I know I need to be patient and it'll be fine in the long run but I'm not that good at patient.
crunch rotation and stretching and rolling later
update: after working (and therefore walking) for 6 hours my knee is not doing so great. I'm also a little worried my IT band pain might be coming back.
