Pace trial

Weather: Hot; sunny and mid 80's

Comments:
Biked down to the outdoor track. Jogged a 400 and did some light drills before attempting a mile and a half at sub-6 pace. Hit 40 on my first 200 but the rest of it was just about dead-even 90 seconds per lap which was fine by me. Didn't feel great but I didn't kill myself for it either. Longest sustained effort run in quite some time.
