tired and sore, maybe sick

Comments:
I wasn't feeling well on Tuesday, so was not able to run. Because of this, I decided to take Tuesday's 7 mile run, and do it today from my lakehouse. Well, that did not work out as I expected. I got under 5 hours of sleep last night, which was partly my fault, so my body was aching today. Maybe it was tired from yesterday as well, but I didn't go really hard at the fun run. I ran a lot more last week, and felt good all six days that I ran in a row. When I started on today's run, my legs were so sore, something that I am not used to feeling. Even last Sunday, the day after I ran 16.27 miles, I did not feel sore like I did tonight. I didn't want to injure myself, so I decided to only run a little over a mile. I'll make sure to get enough sleep tonight. After the 1.22 miles, I went in the water from my lakehouse, which should help with the pain, because the water felt cold and therefore can have an effect similar to an ice bath. I treaded water/swam for five minutes, and had my legs in for about nine minutes,
